What is this bookshop?
This online bookshop provides a bespoke list of books selected specifically for Korea International School. All titles have been chosen to support the school’s curriculum, reading lists, and community.
Do you sell books outside of the school list?
No. We only sell the books included in the official KIS reading lists. This allows us to ensure the correct editions and titles are supplied.

📖 Book Editions & Accuracy
Are these the correct editions for the school?
Yes. All books listed have been selected to match the editions required by the school. Please avoid purchasing alternative editions elsewhere, as they may not meet course requirements.
What if my child already owns a copy?
You’re welcome to use an existing copy, provided it matches the same edition listed on the website.

🛒 Ordering
Can I order books for multiple students in one order?
Yes. You can order books for multiple students or year groups in a single transaction. However, all orders come to the school labelled with a student name so the order would need to be labelled with the name of the student who would collect the orders for all students on that purchase.
Is there an order deadline?
To receive the orders by April students should place all online orders by the end of March. Orders placed after this date may be delayed.
What information do I need to provide at the checkout?
Please add your child’s name and class so that the order can be easily identified and distributed on arrival at the school.

🚚 Shipping & Delivery
Where do you ship?
All orders are shipped in bulk consolidated shipments to the school to reduce shipping costs for parents. From there orders will be given to the students in school.
How long will my order take to arrive?
The main orders placed in March should be delivered by May. Orders placed after that time will delivered by July. After that the lead time is approximately 4-5 weeks.

📦 Books Out of Stock
What happens if a book is out of stock?
If a book is temporarily out of stock, it will be clearly marked on your order when it arrives. We will supply any out-of-stock books in the next shipment.

🔄 Returns & Issues
Can I return a book?
Because this is a bespoke school bookshop, returns are only accepted for books that are damaged, faulty, or supplied in error.
What if a book arrives damaged or incorrect?
Please contact us within 7 days of receipt and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible. Refunds may take up to 10 working days to process.
How do I request a refund for a damaged or missing book?
Please send an email to KISPrimary@malloryint.co.uk with a photo of the damaged book (if applicable). Please include in your email and explanation for the reason for your refund request, your order number, student name and the title and quantity of the books that need to be refunded.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards.
Are there any credit card fees?
No, any extra fees are included in the book price.
